Technical Expert (H/F)

Within our Green Team, ensure the analysis and diagnosis of complex or specific incidents but also the monitoring of the operation and the daily administration of our customers' infrastructures.

Missions :

• Analyze and diagnosis until the resolution of incidents.
• Monitoring the administration and operation of environments, and implement changes as needed.
• Participating in the onboarding of new MSS contracts.
• Participate in the skills development of the Security operators of our managed service by creating procedures for our N1 team.

Projects :

• Ensuring of the security of the endpoints of more than a hundred hospitals around the France and overseas through the management of their security technologies
• Maintain and improve an on-premise and sovereign EDR solution from an aerospace giant
• Maintain state-of-the-art network probes in audiovisual and industrial contexts
• Participating in the response to security incidents as part of a crisis management of a food industry leader
